   Took well over a month to get back to us after our initial inquiry. Then when we managed to come into the shop and being told by email you could order the plug if it wasn't in store, it seems the staff that talked to us could not be bothered ordering the correct plug and instead suggested we go to mitre10 instead. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service here, especially since the manufacturer pointed us your way as a stockist for these plugs.

   went there looking for a ceramic cartridge for my camper van tap, Matt from parts was the most helpful person you could ask for even tho could not match the part ,he found one that was a close enough match that with some parts swapping between old and new cartridge i had some to fix my leaking tap with out replacing it .So a big shout out for Matt and to his boss you have a man with a great thinking out side of the square attitude .Thanks
