James is the best - professional, prompt and particular about doing an excellent job. He replaced a hot water cylinder. Would highly recomend.
If I could rate this guy higher I would. We have a complicated hot water set up and contacted him for a quote to go gas. He ended up giving us a thorough consultation, answered all our numerous questions and concerns, and in the end recommended an option he couldn't supply - but would be best for our situation. He refused to invoice us for his time. Just a genuinely nice and honest guy who went out his way to help us out of a fix, regardless of whether it gave him more business or not. Highly recommend.
James is an absolute champion. He was down at the river with his boys having a small fire and a couple of snags and we had a bit of a situation let's say..........He was only too happy to pack up his BBQ and come and help us out of our jam. He refused any sort of payment. [beersies etc] I would thoroughly recommend James to do any sort of plumbing or gas work. Bloody good rooster. Backbone. Great Kiwi bloke.
