Not only did they fix the issue efficiently and cleanly, but they also took the time to write up a detailed and professional report explaining exactly what went wrong and how it was corrected. This report was crucial in providing to the developer that the fault was theirs, and it gave us the documentation we needed to hold them accountable. Kerry and John replaced a 30 year old low pressure hot water cylinder for us, and they were amazing. Really responsive to our initial enquiry, provided options for improving our shower pressure, and supplied a clear, itemised quote that was very reasonable. The workmanship is fantastic, and our hot water pressure is significantly better. Highly recommended.
Kerry is an amazing plumber. He is knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy. He installed a new heat pump hot water system at our house, replacing our 1956 cylinder. The difference is amazing! But what I really appreciated was the time Kerry took in answering my questions, and the care he took in his workmanship, checking all the pipes and coming back again the next day to check again.
