The excellent communication. Prompt service, job done when promised & to an excellent standard & within quoted price. We had a holdup with part of the job at our end ( supplier issues) but this wasn’t a problem- very accommodating.Will definitely recommend & use you guys again. I used Laser Plumbing Christchurch West to repair a broken shower mixer, and install a new matching one in our second shower. Really easy booking process, with clear ETA from their team (which was met on the day by the plumber!) We also had them look at two small maintenance fixes while on site and these were addressed quickly, easily and without hassle. We had laser plumbing install a whole house water filter to help with the recent chlorination in our area. They fitted a well known brand and used the larger of the available dual filters. Pricing was very reasonable for the work completed and product supplied. Their staff member Logan was friendly and helpful and went beyond what would be reasonably expected by helping me move some shelving around and then moving it back once the job was complete. I would throughly recommend laser plumbing for a job like this.
