“There care our beloved cat received was outstanding. The vet was amazing our cat was really scared and so was I. She explained everything really clearly and was so compassionate and caring that our cat calmed down and I think fell a little in love, she was purring instead of hissing. We possibly have a long road to get our wee girl back to good health but I have every faith in our vet Thank you”

“Great central location with an easy walk to many highlights of the city, especially New Regent St for coffee, gelato and dining. Warm comfortable suite with everything we needed for a 5 day staycation. Beautiful building and lively atmosphere out front was always a great welcome home. Communication from Zeenie & Sarah was exceptional given unexpected change in travel plans. Would definitely book again.”

“These volunteers are angels. I found a baby bird on my driveway, presumably fallen from its nest with no sign of a nest or mum around. I struggled to care for it so the next day I brought baby bird in here. These people were welcoming and caring and said they’d give it the best chance of survival. They also keep in touch with progress. Can’t thank these people enough.”

“What can I say ...... Aurora is a fantastic groomer! We have been taking our Cavoodle puppy Maggie to see her for about six months now and she is so caring & patient with her. As our pup is extremely timid, Aurora has taken the time to get her used to all the processes of being groomed and the proof is that when we turn into her street, our puppy gets so excited and is really happy to see her. She always goes the extra mile in taking good care of her and we really value this. Her grooms are always great and we get lots of compliments on how cute our Maggie looks (so thank you Aurora!).”
