bought this black vase online, and after using it for two week , it got a white stain at the bottom. A bit disappointed with the quality, as I really liked the design. I left review last week but no ans so m leaving review here.
I have to share our experience with anyone who wants to experience great service, with interior design advice & amazing choice of well priced interesting pieces. Not paying a huge amount and the designs are European inspired. We bought a house full on the day & couldn't be happier with everything we have purchased. Our house in Queenstown is looking amazing, all thanks to the team in the Christchurch store. We will be back!
We came after specific chairs, and we were looked after very well. We knew there would be a wait for them. Michelle was excellent, and we left with a couple of other small pieces. You are credit to your business. I also returned for an extra piece that was added to our order and will be delivered together. Awesome
Love the style but having purchased the quality is not as good as I expected.
I'm still waiting for 1 kitchen cupboard I ordered in April. Now I'm not even receiving replies to my enquiries asking where the item is. Immediately took my online purchase money and then afterwards told me some of my order was out of stock even though it showed as in stock at the time of purchase. I can't finish my kitchen because of this one piece
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I ordered an item close to 3 months ago, I was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks, yet I’m still waiting. The customer service has been terrible, I’ve asked them to call me, yet no one has. I still don’t have the item and I’ve not been given a date as to when it will be delivered! Be wary my experience of Early Settler is - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Don't hold your breath if you need assistance. We were there to buy a dinning suite and made it around the whole shop and no one has spoken yet.
I used to be a loyal customer and shopped here several time in the past years, however I see that in recent times the ratings have been very negative, and I can confirm that I bought an outdoor set in July, and I was told a number of lie and delay on the delivery, still waiting by the way. Customer care is near the level of a third world country. Last time I shop here!! Enjoy the declining rating when you don't want to provide a good customer service. Think twice before you buy here.
