Nicola at reception is also great, she’s always very helpful at getting you in on the wait list of they are fully booked and she has even rocked my baby in the pram for me a few times while I’ve been getting treated. It is so beautiful and I really get a sense of peace so I can focus on my yoga practice, so much nicer than going to a gym as you get the whole experience & much more. The lovely teachers have given me more attention because of the smaller class sizes and they have taken the time to get to know what works best for my body. I couldn't recommend Yoga by Karma enough! What a gem of a studio!”

“Thought I'd share a review as it seems no one else has for ages. I had Gerard Mcquinlan as my Dr yesterday. He was very professional and helped to calm me down as I was clearly nervous. He wasn't rushed or anything, and yet as others have said the op itself probably took about 6 minutes. I was most nervous for the injections obviously, but genuinely this was nothing to worry about. Slight prick for like 3 seconds and then done. Covid jabs were definitely worse as far as pain goes if you want a comparison.”

We met up with Mary for a consultation, loved her. We knew we needed someone who could motivate us, because we would much rather sit behind a pc playing games.
