   I have been seeing Fiona at Knead Holistic Massage since week two post-op from a mummy makeover I had in Turkey, and she has been an absolute key part of my recovery journey. Fiona is incredibly professional, highly knowledgeable, and completely non-judgemental. From the very first session, I felt safe, supported, and genuinely listened to. Her understanding of post-surgical bodies and recovery is outstanding, and each treatment has made a noticeable difference to my healing and overall wellbeing. I truly can’t recommend Fiona enough – she is exceptional at what she does and I’m so grateful to have found her.

   Fiona has given me thorough pre and post operation attention re lymphatic drainage. She is very professional in explaining every procedure and has made me feel very safe and confident with her technique. Her touch is spot on and she gives amazing massages as well. I highly recommend her and she is a delightful woman. Fiona has readily printed out any information that could help me. She has accommodating in mobile appointments and this has enabled me to heal in my own environment, without having to travel.

   This is the second time I have had lymphatic drainage massage from fiona. I suffer with regional pain syndrome after a foot and knee injury. The lymphatic drainage massage really helps me . Fiona is professional takes the time to find out your history and treat you accordingly. I recommend knead massage and it might not work for everyone with CPR's but it does help me.

Fiona took the time to listen to what I required from a massage and build a very comfortable rapport she then followed through perfectly. The pre massage gathering of information was not counted as part of the hour. I highly recommend A massage from Fiona.
