   Dr Frost is absolutely amazing, I have been seeing him for a year, he’s very thorough and does an extensive consultation and follow up everytime. He takes notes and spends the time to get to know his patients and is very warm.    BE WARY!!! Before you choose to come to this clinic I recommend that you do a thorough investigation, as from the reviews below I believe that Mr Frosts work ethic has deteriorated. I attended this clinic to have a small broken capillary removed from under my nose. The treatment he recommended was high frequency. Firstly mr frost failed to do a proper consultation as he was supposed to do a patch test prior to treatment to see what impact it would have on my skin. After treatment the area was burned, sensitive and red (3 weeks later) it’s more protruding and visible. Mr Frost has been extremely rude, unaccommodating and not willing to acknowledge he has done a BOTCHED treatment and permanently damaged my skin. I am horrified by the outcome of this treatment, and what has happened. His post treatment support was lacking, the whole experience has been traumatising.

   First time Iv been in a cosmetic clinic and this is one of cleanest clinic I’ve seen. Very minimalist. Angela greeted me as I enter the door with my toddler . Shelley explained to me what I need and recommends the treatment well. Highly recommended! Love and like the clinic!
