“It's so nice to be greated by name when walking in the door, the staff are all lovely. If there has ever been an issue with a prescription staff do the upmost to rectify, even going as far as personal home delivery. I always do, and will continue to use this delightful pharmacy.”

“This is an absolutely Mint gym. Don't let the small size put you off, they have great equipment, and space to use it. Mint have some cardio gear not seen in many places, like a ski erg, sailing grinding machine, as well as a great functional space, and stretching area. Great friendly staff who are keen to help, and the cafe does awesome tasty food for refuelling!”

“Very good experience at Specsavers Riccarton - the team there are very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. It was very busy when I went in for an eye test, however the wait time wasn't too long and I really felt like the staff that helped me took their time to get everything right. I'm very happy with the recommendations they gave me for glasses and frames.”

“Just been to UC open day with my daughter. She will be attending in 2027. Such a fabulous experience. All the hype of open night delivered in Wellington, re delivered and experienced in campus. “Came to look around the gym based on the council's current $30 promo and Lilli (from the Customer Experience team) was an absolute star. The other council gyms we'd visited had just waved us through independently, which is totally fine, but Lilli went the extra mile, showing us all the equipment, group fitness areas and pools and gave us loads of useful information, which has very much convinced us to join. “I brought my Daughter in for her first eye exam today and Wow I was not expecting how amazing the team was with young kids . My daughter was treated amazing and we had the most sweetest worker who come and did drawing with my daughter while we waiting for the results. The man who spoke with us about the eye test results was very detailed and double cheeked everything he answered every question we had (again amazing with such a young child) such a wonderful experience”

“Awesome experience. I came here on a Monday morning after dejectedly leaving Liberty Market, having been refused service when attempting to buy my groceries for the unforgivable sin of having a mask exemption. Not being able to wear a mask for medical reasons, I was unable to shop in Liberty Market's store for food when I came in on a Monday morning, and was asked to make an online booking time in order to come in and buy food (a functionality I later found is not even available on their website as promised!). I surmise that this option is perhaps simply offered in the moment by the staff at Liberty Market in order to placate those with mask exemptions, and avoid a fuss at the till without offering them an actual solution. I'll be bringing all of my business to Wholefoods on Riccarton Road from here on out, and have advised my mother to do the same. In addition to their lack of virtue signalling, the produce here at Wholefoods is also consistently fresher and I have noticed is restocked far more often than the produce at Liberty Market. An added bonus? Service was delivered with a smile. Keep on keeping on, guys! Yours, Another happy customer.”

“Our mother Beverley Stead lived her last 4 years in the rest home and hospital at the Charles Upham retirement village. Mum had dementia and all staff members cared for Mum with kindness, care, respect and compassion. There were many activities for residents to enjoy and Mum particularly loved singing with the live musicians. As Mum’s life neared the end the excellent level of care became exceptional. It was evident that these wonderful staff members were not simply doing a job but genuinely cared. We are extremely grateful to you all.”

“I unfortunately had to come to this Hospital as a family member ended up in the spine unit, being flown down from Wellington, as we don’t have a that kind of care system here, so back in August 2025, My Dad and I hope on a plane and headed down, I was blown away how great this hospital was and all the nurses and doctors look after my cousin so well, also the set up down there you have for the family members that have people staying in that unit, is so amazing awesome, the apartments are awesome, if I ever win big on lotto, I’m definitely donating to Burwood Hospital.. thank you”

“I Found it to be very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable practitioner. Some negative comments on reviews seem to stem from it not taking long for their ears to be cleaned? My right ear was far more blocked up and took a lot of work but my left took maybe 1 minute. you're not paying for the time, you're paying for a service. I was happy with the service. Clean ears! and she was gentle with the tools used.”

From the course Marshall who approached us to take pins out as we putted to apologising for the slowness as it was the members medal day. Which he didn’t have to do as I was thoroughly enjoying the day (again I’m hopeless with names but what a fantastic bloke who came and asked me in the clubhouse how my round went) Also the young proshop or manager who asked me how my day went as I sat for a beer. Great hospitality and I can’t wait to come back. 10/10 experience.”
