“Lee is fantastic. He's helped me work through some things over the past couple of years, and is always warm and open. Plus the pets are a bonus.”

“Working with Sonya has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I feel like a transformed person- the best version of myself and she encouraged me to become that so I will forever be grateful. She has a safe and beautiful space for you to learn what to let go of and I can't recommend her enough.”
“Anja goes straight to the heart of the matter and lets your mind work itself out. No need for years of talking about your past, reliving every detail and looking to blame others. Simple yet effective approach to changing the emotional attachment to events and moving forward. Highly recommended.”
“I recently underwent an assessment for ADHD. Jack was very informative and empathetic making the experience a positive and reassuring one. I’m glad I took the step to get a diagnosis and I am especially glad I chose Jack to be my psychologist through the process. I highly recommend.”
“I fully endorse Andrew as a top rate councilor .To be fair as an old school ,blue collar worker ,probably a little skeptical about opening up to others in relation to personal matters, Andrew was personable, considerate ,and caring enough ,to be able to instill trust not only in myself but my wife in order for us to gain a better understanding of our natures. We have left now to hopefully carry on communicating in a far less confrontational manner ,to our mutual benefit best regards Glen”
“I recently completed several months of counseling sessions at the Canterbury Men's Centre, and I am incredibly grateful for the positive impact it has had on my life. My counselor, Barry, was an exceptional guide throughout this journey. His approach was a perfect balance of challenging me when necessary while also validating and empathising with my emotions and experiences. Barry’s insights and support taught me invaluable life lessons, particularly around establishing and maintaining boundaries. These lessons have been transformative, helping me navigate my relationships, work-life balance, and interactions with others more effectively. Barry's empathetic nature made me feel understood and respected, and his ability to gently push me out of my comfort zone was exactly what I needed to grow. The environment at Canterbury Men's Centre is welcoming and supportive, making it a safe space for personal development. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking growth and support through counseling. Thank you, Barry, and the entire team at Canterbury Men's Centre for the profound positive changes you've helped me achieve.”
“For over 4 years I go and see Joanna when something's happening to me or my family. And whether she does cranio-sacral therapy for me or our babies/kids, or somatic mindful psychotherapy, it's always very helpfull and enjoyable experience. Joanna is very sensitive and can get to the roots of the troubles. I cannot recommend anyone better then her.”
“I felt that we had a good connection, and still feel that if I need a helping hand, I would most likely reach for yours. Thanks again, Johanna. I wish you all the best. Maya”
“I took my 12yr old daughter to see Pip to help with patterns that were negatively impacting her day to day school experience. Pip quickly identified what was creating this issue and supported her to reframe her thinking. This resulted in a noticeable positive change in my daughter’s life. Pip is super experienced and knowledgeable and has a lovely warm manner which created a safe space to open up and begin to heal.”

“Went to Salta Horses for a work team building day and had a wonderful time. My family has horses so it wasn't my first time around them, but they were so happy and relaxed. You can tell that Deirdre really loves what she does. She was very hospitable giving us a lovely morning tea as well. Definitely recommend!”
