   I had 3 normal crowns and 2 implant crowns done by Dr. Mark Harris over the last few months. The team, from reception to hygienist and the dentist team were top notch! The cost was one of the best I could find, but best of all, was the very professional dental care. The crowns were done fast, painless and pretty much perfect on the first fit. Thanks for the careful and gentle care.

   I am very much impressed with my visit today. For someone who has never liked going to the dentist; always seen it as a punishment, even though it’s rewarding to have nice teeth. I rarely ever went to the dentist, due to my fear of it. But I went today because of pain in my wisdom tooth, I had the same expectation of “this is a nightmare, get it over and done with,” and my anxiety flaring up slightly. But I went in, and much to my surprise, I came out feeling great about my experience. Doug was excellent! He made me feel very comfortable and answered my questions with ease. If you’re someone like me: hates the dentist, but you have to go, I absolutely recommend Harris Dental. Because they have changed how I felt about going to the dentist. And that’s huge for me. They are very kind and treat everyone with respect. Thank you, Harris Dental! I am very glad to now be a patient of yours! And I never thought I would say that about a dental clinic… ever! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I had such a great experience at Harris Murray Dental! The receptionists were absolutely lovely – so warm and welcoming from the moment I called. They managed to squeeze me in on short notice, which I really appreciated, and made sure I was looked after every step of the way. (I no longer loathe going to the dentist) They were super helpful with everything from booking to follow-up, and genuinely kind throughout. It’s not often you feel that well taken care of at a dental clinic. Huge thanks to the front desk team – you made a stressful situation so much easier!

   Do not go to the dental hygienist there. She lies in her notes. Practise manager doesn't help either, rip off 200 for a bad job, left stains on the front inside of two teeth no polish or offers to fix it. Apparently saliva can stain on area of the teeth who knew!

   Mark and the team have helped me so so much! After a traumatic dental experience as a teen getting back to see a dentist was very scary, Mark and the team were so amazing, kind, caring, reassuring over the many appointments in the last few months I needed. I don't have any issues walking into see a dentist now which is a big big deal for me.

   Don't be fooled by the new patient sign up gimmick. I paid for this but then added extra money for a clean & polish. Neither were done and I was left wondering how different this procedure is to in the UK until I just went to a different (better) dentist in NZ. Lumino basically charged me for a short pointless scrape of my teeth with no actual cleaning or polishing involved. Total scam. My new dentist actually care about my teeth.

   I can highly recommend Mark Harris and his team at Harris dental. Mark provided step by step explanations of the procedure which was helpful and he was both gentle and patient. The local anesthetic worked very well and I felt comfortable throughout. Happily recommend!!!

   I arrived this morning clutching my trusty ring that helps me with the overwhelming fear that grips me when I go to the dentist....any dentist, it is something I just fear. This was my 6 month check up 3+yrs later. I was greeted by a friendly professional young lady who started to put me at ease. Then came the familiar smile of Mark Harris who has in the past gone above and beyond in helping me feel comfortable and he did not do anything less today ( he doesn't know how much better he makes me feel just knowing I have the consistency of his face and calmness). Then I met the hygienist who was going to make my teeth sparkle. Yet again she picked up on my nerves and did everything to put me at ease. I can not recommend this team enough, they are professional, understanding and totally aware of my needs and comfort. Thank you all for making my day today and putting me at ease....I cant believe my choice of stars say I loved it....but I didn't leave feeling like I had just sat a test. Thank you again you are wonderful.
