    facts, no opinions (hopefully constructive) - staff were very compassionate, friendly and really tried hard - but sadly not as efficient or professional as I expected... thankfully 90 day guarantee is exactly as advertised. Issues were: - not identifying best solution for me (and reverting a few times... and were still changing plans late to try to save) - followup poor (promised to call back witin 2 days from each change - never did so on time. if at all) - changing appointments and/ or locations - failing to apply changes to adjusted settings (twice at least !!) - never felt fully informed about products available or being offered as a for a solution for me - opportunity for feedback was limited to appointments - never felt l could contact with questions between them (e.g.: email) I am still considering my next steps to a better hearing solution...
