“Restaurant was tidy and clean, service was great - staff very friendly. The chef was great!! My food came out very fast and it was so yum!! I was given a complimentary drink with my meal as well. 10/10 experience at Two Fat Indians, Papanui.”
“Enjoyed our dinner tonight as we were served chicken and lamb biryani, tandoori chicken with kofta, curry and naan bread. Defaintly recommend this resturant, with their beautiful authentic biryani and service was also lovely. Defaintly missing out if you haven't tried this before.”
“Great drinks, berry smoothie was the best. Breakfast was very good, eggs poached perfectly and the best tomato sauce I've had in ages. Excellent service, all staff were helpful, prompt and made me feel welcome. A few other cafes in Christchurch could learn a lot from these guys. Will definitely be back.”
“Mango chicken is great. At extra hot wasn't as hot as I expected, but hot enough and very nice. Butter naan and garlic naan are both amazing - good and crispy =)”
“I've been a regular customer of "Indian Paradise" for some time now, and I can confidently say that they serve some of the best biriyani in town. The spices and flavors in their biriyani are perfectly balanced, and the quality of the ingredients used is always good. Aside from the delicious biriyani, "Indian Paradise" offers a wide variety of other Indian dishes that are equally impressive. One of the things that I appreciate about "Indian Paradise" is the reasonable pricing of their menu items. The portions are generous, and the quality of the food is consistently excellent. Overall, I highly recommend "Indian Paradise" to anyone who's looking for an authentic Indian dining experience.”
“Didn’t taken all of the dishes photo, the lady staff with glasses is very friendly and helpful, she explained dishes to us patiently and recommended us the portion of dishes and is it suitable for children/baby. Appreciate and we enjoyed our dinner over there.”
“The best yum cha in Christchurch. We ordered so many dishes and it was all good. Definitely have the charcoal buns and red cheong fun wrapped around fried fritters with prawn in the middle. Absolutely divine. Service is great too.”
“This is the place to go when you want a decent large coffee and simple but delicious food. Prices are reasonable and the blueberry muffins are the best I’ve found anywhere. This is where you should go if you’re looking for a classic kiwi cafe without all the bells and whistles, just good honest food and friendly people.”
“The jalapeño scone was fantastic! Coffee is consistently great too.”

“great place for cheep milk $1.00 pies $1.00 cans of drink and more”
“We devoured the chicken skewer with naan and lamb shank meal. The meal came with salad, garlic and mint dip. Ordered chicken curry as well (that tasted nothing like Indian curry), that was so good. The doogh though, is worth the extra mention. Doogh is the version of laban or ayran to some countries / cultures. A must try! We went back a week later to satisfy another bout of craving.”
“GREAT PLACE TO EAT!! LOVELY STAFF, FOOD IS GREAT BANG FOR YOUR BUCK AND MY SON LOVED MIGLING WITH SOME OF THE OLDER PEOPLE WHO ARE REGULARS THERE. A++++”
“My favourite sushi place in the country. They live up to their name, truly oishiiiiii.”
“Bought 2 chairs and a couch. It has changed my outdoor space. Replaced cheap set that fell apart. You can really tell the difference. Lovely people to deal with. They wanted to make sure I got the right pieces to suit my space. Thoroughly recommend.”
“Me and my son really enjoy coming to Belfast playcenter. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly ☺.”
“Located inside the Court Theatre building it’s perfect spot to grab a quick bite and drink before play. Food choices are limited but wood fire pizza is as good as it gets (limited choice available) and you can get fries, that’s it. Bar is well equipped with many choices of wine by Geisen , drinks and beer, something for everyone to get you in the mood. If you want to grab something to eat make sure to arrive at least 1-1.5 hour before the play starts, as parking and seating spots inside are quite limited and wait time for pizza is even longer.”
