   Indian Paradise was my favorite restaurant but unfortunately no more. We ordered chicken korma, chicken biryani and cheese garlic naan. The taste of Chicken korma is blend, we request for medium spicy but it is not spicy at all. Chicken biryani, we request for extremely spicy but we got only too much herbs so hard to eat and not spicy at all. For cheese and garlic naan seem like naan is not fresh, not cheese on the naan. We are not really happy with the food.

   The food is decent, and the biryani is good, but the customer service and attitude towards feedback are extremely poor. I ordered a veg biryani and was disappointed to find out they use frozen vegetable packets instead of fresh mixed vegetables. It also contained large chunks of cauliflower that were inedible. When I tried to provide feedback, the staff was very rude and dismissive, showing no sense of responsibility. Because of this insensitive and unprofessional behavior, I would seriously avoid going back.

   This was one of my favorite places for biriyani, but last two times I feel the amount of chicken in the biriyani is very less, today I got tandoori chicken and garlic nan, seriously it was tasteless, not enough salt in the nan,tandoori chicken flavor is not good as before, I think they need to bring back the old recipe for better flavors.

   The Best Biryani in Christchurch! We absolutely love their biryani and order their special family biryani every weekend. The biryani is rich and flavorful, with tender pieces of chicken or lamb cooked with fragrant basmati rice and aromatic spices. The portion is generous and comes with a side of raita, a yogurt-based sauce that adds a refreshing touch to the dish. We have tried many other Indian restaurants in Christchurch, but none of them can match the quality and taste of Indian Paradise. Bawarchi Restaurant used to be a good competitor, but they have downgraded their biryani and are no way near Indian Paradise now.

   This is a take away and makes some nice Biryani. I have not been able to try their other dishes because I love the taste and it reminds me of Hyderabad but has been of different taste all the time. Not sure how it will be of other dishes. The Salan given along with Biryani has been always Watery and it just goes in drain, have never been able to enjoy with Biryani. Happy to go back but far from perfect as Biryani also lacks pieces. Someone said they give good Biryani only if you say Muslim names.. not sure if it is true. If true really sad.

   I have ordered two family pack chicken biryani last Friday. One biryani pack do not have any chicken in it and with less spicy. One family pack was fine though. Disappointed, although it was ready to pick up when I arrived.

   I've been a regular customer of "Indian Paradise" for some time now, and I can confidently say that they serve some of the best biriyani in town. The spices and flavors in their biriyani are perfectly balanced, and the quality of the ingredients used is always good. Aside from the delicious biriyani, "Indian Paradise" offers a wide variety of other Indian dishes that are equally impressive. One of the things that I appreciate about "Indian Paradise" is the reasonable pricing of their menu items. The portions are generous, and the quality of the food is consistently excellent. Overall, I highly recommend "Indian Paradise" to anyone who's looking for an authentic Indian dining experience.
