Had the best experience today! From the moment I walked into the store until the moment I left I was treated with respect and given top class treatment. I'm a fussy shopper so walking out of your store with a huge smile and a funky denim jacket made my day. Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed and not judging me on my size or quirky fashion choices lol. Highly recommended will definitely be back.
I've honestly been put off even entering this store now
Absolutely felt welcome into this shop, I went on the 31st of December around 3-4pm, the lady was so helpful, so chatty, I had told her about my experience at their northlands branch in chch of how put off I was with their behaviour, she apologised on behalf of them, anyway this lady was super helpful, I tried on a few dresses at the shop, which sadly I couldn’t at the northlands shop, she was great to talk to, even though I didn’t get her name, she had short hair and had a pink flowery dress on. If she gets this feedback she will know who I am. That was superb customer service, I will def be coming back.
I had a really pleasant customer service experience recently! Initially was pressured into buying some pants where the zipper was hard to zip, but the sales associate assured me it would be fine. It wasn't fine, and the zippers broke on both pairs within about a week of each other. Contacted support and was told to bring them in to exchange, but then the covid-19 lockdown happened before I got a chance. After lockdown lifted, I asked if there was still anything I could do (expecting the answer to be no), but they said to bring them in and they would see what they could do. They let me buy two new pairs (different styles/sizes so I hopefully wouldn't have the same problem) and I just paid the difference between the price of the original ones and the new ones. I was well and truly outside the window for returns, so the fact that they went above and beyond to help me find a solution anyway really stuck with me and made me feel good about supporting this company. They turned what could have been a really frustrating and unpleasant experience into something positive, so that's two big thumbs up from me!
