The entire process was quick and easy. They also provided advice and told me to wait a few more days so I could save more. I wasn’t in a hurry to use my car, so two days later, they called me and told me they had found a more reasonably priced part. As a result, I saved about $300. After filing out their easy form online, Novus contacted me over the phone to confirm my selected appointment less than 5 minutes later. Appointment was scheduled for Wednesday but their mobile service was free and they phoned to see if I'd like it done today (Monday) and we're promptly round 15 minutes later and had my windscreen chip fixed both promptly, effectively and professionally. “Very Friendly and knowledgable crew, Only does what is need to be done/requested, never upsells. Had an alternator problem and they took in my car in short notice. I was also planning to do my timing belt done this year anyway, so I just trusted them with the repair and they did a fantastic job! Paid a few hundred dollars less than what they originally quoted me. Lady on the phone is very friendly too, will definately be the mechanic I'll be going back to when I need big jobs done.
