Their customer service is excelllent... their puncture repairs not so much. I have used them twice the first puncture repair they carried out failed and my tyre blew out, the second one was done incorrectly and I ended up buying a new tyre from elsewhere even though I had plenty of tread left

We had a really good experience getting some minor work done and a WoF. 5 stars.

If you want a trustworthy and reliable place to get your car fixed make this your next stop. I thought I needed my front brakes replaced but turns out I was wrong and it was actually my rear brakes. They called me to tell me this and arranged to get the rear pads in. Being someone who really doesnβt have a clue any more about cars they could have gone ahead and just done the front brakes and I would have been none the wiser. Great guys to deal with and I canβt recommend them enough. Thanks

Had positive experiences with Allied in the past but disappointed with service (or lack of) today. I was told the shop would be open until 5pm to drop my car off for a WoF appointment tomorrow. Went with plenty of time to spare and the store was closed. They had my contact phone number to give a heads up but didnβt. I wouldβve preferred waiting a little longer to get a WoF if it meant I didnβt have to waste my time today. Iβll try Marks Automotive instead.

Love a good prepaid pay at the pump and run situation

Really disappointed with the service provided Will never return to this buisiness as got qouted $420 for a right hand strut so I could get my WOF then go to pick up the car and the mechanic had replaced the mount without authorisation and cost me $635.00 and even though the strut cost over $239.00 they put my old spring back on, never showed me the work that they had done, just took my money When I dropped the car off in the morning i was asked if I wanted both struts done? but I made it clear that I could only afford to get the one done, so they knew my situation So unprofessional, especially when everyone is struggling. So to get my WOF it has cost me $700.00

They are awesome people! Never rush into buying anything until they know itβs the right part. I have a VW Golf so in there frequently haha, but they are great people and great service wouldnβt let yah down. If you need a warrant there so good not fussy at all.

Ian and the team at Allied Prebbleton solved an intermittent problem with our car, showing great patience and skill. I felt they worked hard to save us money by not rushing to replace anything before they were sure. They even tried parts and took back off at no cost to us, if they weren't needed. I appreciated the loan car and friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.
