   This business should be shut down, incredibly bad service all round. The office staff aren’t helpful and are quite rude, the mechanic doesn’t seem very qualified for his role, 4 weeks and still waiting on a quote for repairs even after 2 phonecalls chasing it up, they refuse to book my car in to resit wof to keep it in the 28 day timeframe. I have mentioned this business to quite a few people and all who have dealt with these guys or know others who have, they all say the same thing. SHOCKING!! Bad bad bad

   Grateful for the repairs but not so grateful for the obvious scratches and rub marks all over the wing where someone had leaned over without protecting the car. Won’t be back as over $350 to get the cosmetic damage sorted.

   I came here for a WOF and I got a fail, on my 2018 Mitsubishi I was failed for my rear diff bushes being cracked, I am a 25 year old female I don’t know what that is so I believed them, I was quoted over $800 for repairs but told they couldn’t do it for another week, so I went to another mechanic who looked at said issue, and had his entire team of mechanics check my car over, and it was completely fine and got passed for a wof then and there. For my own peace of mind I have taken my car to several other mechanics who have all said my car is completely fine.

   Pedro is the name...friendly and helpful. Will comr back. Courtesy car is old but will do the job rather than paying for renting a car. Customer service top. Can talk about any issues and pedro never talks back instead pedro helps as much as..i do not think i will go elsewhere to get my car done...thank you so much

   I dropped my Ute off there because it was feeling weird to drive and asked them to have a look at and find and fix the problem and so Adam the guy that works there called me and told me that my rear diff is broken and told me it was going to be around 1000 to 1500 dollars to fix and then called me the next day and said it was going to be 4800 so I took my car to a different mechanic who found out that the only thing wrong with it was the wheel was loose . This company is trying to rip people off.
