   The landlord amber lovely-Stevensons was a amazing landlord she replied super quickly to resolve any issues I had and she was so easy to get along with had no problems with her and she was super nice and respectful if I wasn't moving to Australia I would have happily lived at the place I was in for another year or 2 it was that good I would highly recommend her as a landlord.☺️

   I honestly can’t say enough good things about Christchurch Apartments! They’ve been amazing to deal with—super flexible, quick to sort out any issues, and always really caring. What really stuck with me was how supportive they were during the Covid period. Their kindness and understanding during that tough time meant so much and is something I’ll never forget. Amber is hands down the best property manager I could ask for—so helpful, friendly, and always on top of everything. Chris, Bernard, and the rest of the team are just awesome too. Everyone’s been a pleasure to deal with. I’m really grateful to have had such a great experience with them!

   Recently used this agency to rent a room on Gloucester Street. Completely blown away by them and the facility they have. The staff are magnificent, and Beorn is fabulous. The facility they have is magnificent, it's so clean, exceptionally well looked after and has more than enough to keep you very happy to stay there. It has all you need. The place is spotless, very convenient and easy assess for transport and the city, it's so close. The residents are all so friendly when you ever do meet them. It's so peaceful and quiet. It's a magnificent place to live. I would certainly highly recommend that you use them for your requirements, you will not be disappointed. They know how to look after your requirements and make everything so easy and straightforward. They really are a fabulous agency to deal with. Please use them for any requirements you may have. They will look after you exceptionally well.
