   The team at Fortis Travel have undertaken both my business and personal travel, led by Blair, for as long as they have been around. I have worked very closely with Kirstin across this time and her service has consistently been the best I have received across all suppliers I have ever dealt with across all aspects of business. The team are proactive, "get it first time" and they know me and my personal preferences so I don"t need to give long briefings for what I want. If for some very unusual reason Kirstin is not available eg sick, then there are at least 2 other people that know me and my current situation and have the knowledge of my personal preferences so service delivery is seamless and high quality, everytime They are efficient, quick turn-around, very flexible and are outstanding value for money. I could not recommend a company more than the team at Fortis travel. Andy C

   When you get to deal first hand with Fortis it quickly becomes apparent why this business has grown from a small start up to one of NZ's most successful agencies. Using the internet to book travel is all good but when things go awry as many of us have experienced in this pandemic and you are struggling to get help from the online travel agents you'll love the fact that good folks at Fortis have direct contact with the people you need to get to. No more stressing about losing your money , waiting on hold or being unable to talk to anyone that can make a decision. With the issues the world has been facing, this is the time to go back to the future and make use of the expertise of a travel agent that can help when you need it. Best wishes to Blair and the team , it's great to see there are businesses out there who still value good ole customer service

   I cant rate these guys highly enough! Kiwi owned, and they have the best consultants that had me covered at every step, no matter during the day or nights/weekends. My company used them for some business travel and I was so impressed I've used them for all my own holiday travel since. I love not having to deal with the airlines!

   We have used Fortis Travel twice, so the proof is in the pudding as they say... and we'll look forward to our next opportunity to travel with them! Why? Organisation - they take all the stress out of travel. In this post Covid world you need travel insurance and a travel agent. Their experience in the industry is unmatched. They are truly passionate about their job.
