   It's not really a destination in itself, but it can be a great part of a decent walk. It's an excellent option to cutting directly across the creek at Moray Place. Sometimes there is some birdlife along the walkway, swans, ducks, kingfishers, pukeko.

   If you are starting your walk from premiere rd The path goes down hill so be careful while walking then it flattens out at bottom then goes up steeply to the left which takes you up to the fields.go right takes you up to the front of Pasadena intermediate school. You keep walking then you come to the last part steep walk down. Then over walk bridge then up steep wooden stairs.not wheel chair accessible. When you reach top across the road is westernsprings and the zoo.
