   I had an exceptional experience working with Jo Taylor at Our World Travel. Jo’s communication was clear, prompt, and effective, addressing all my questions with patience and kindness. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly arranged. She even teamed up with my partner to arrange an extra surprise for me upon arrival at our Hotel. The service providers they use were also outstanding, making the entire travel experience seamless and stress free. I highly recommend Jo and Our World Travel for anyone looking for a dedicated and professional travel agent!

   I wouldn't use them again. Our agent gave us the wrong advice re our grandaughters name on the ticket which cost us $50 to change, & they wouldn't refund us that money. Also booked us on a ridiculously timed domestic flight time home which we could only change for about another $800+. She told us we originally told her we didn't want to spend any more money, even though we had paid to upgrade our room. Rarotonga is a wonderful place for a holiday, including Club Raro where we stayed, so highly recommended. I'd just use a different agent next time.

   For many years now we have used the services of 'Our Pacific' for our holidays in the Pacific Islands. We have been to so many island destinations and visited some of them repeatedly. We have enjoyed them all so much and created incredible memories. Some of these destinations no longer exist, such as Tahiti Rangiroa Kia Ora Savage, so we have been extremely fortunate to experience them. We had a unique, luxurious experience. All these incredible moments were created by 'Our Pacific' in Auckland, courtesy of Rick, who is warm, friendly, caring and passionate about his business and clients. Over the years we created a special relationship with him where we feel we are more like family than clients. Rick is an amazing professional who pays special attention to all the details when he creates our itinerary. He learned carefully what we like and what we don't like. He personally pays special attention to everything that makes us happy, which makes us willing to come back to him each and every time we plan our holidays. He takes responsibility for his services and the products he sells to his clients. We are extremely fortunate to know this company and Rick personally. We would highly recommend to approach his team and service, and enjoy the amazing old-fashioned way travel agents truly care about your trip from the moment you start planning it. The result is always extraordinary, regardless whether you go to a premium, luxury destination or something more affordable. We have never been disappointed when dealing with 'Our Pacific' over the many years we have used their services for different destinations in the Pacific. A massive thank you to 'Our Pacific' for everything you do for us and for making our holidays better than imaginable! Thank you, Rick, and we wish you and your team many years of success ahead.    Hassle-free destination wedding. We booked a wedding package for Sofitel Fiji just before COVID and just like everyone else, we had to move our date several times before finally getting married January of this year. Everything was worry free, all we had to do was think of dates. Thank you to Anna and Liz who handled every aspect smoothly and did all communications with Selai in Fiji. Truly a magical experience! Liz Grimshaw was indeed remarkable especially in liaising and following up every detail to the last minute. I never felt pressured nor forgotten.
