Overcharged by Trafalgar for pre paid gratuities by almost NZ$80. So far Trafalgar hasn’t explained or addressed my request for an explanation. We pre paid an amount greater than the tour leader and driver asked for. Also the ‘included’ dinners were low quality. The tour itself was great.
