Walkable distance to Westfield Albany, supermarkets, banks, swimming pool, and gym. Public transportation is also available within the distance, with 5 different bus lines running frequent services throughout the day. 2. Not to mention the building quality of this apartment. Even though it’s only a 6 story apartment, the foundation quality is surely at its best. The durability will beat any other apartments nearby. 3. Rose Garden Apartments was most criticized in the past for its poor management. However, in 2022, the community committee replaced the body corporate manager and the building manager with the best in town. Rose Garden is now in good hands with Crockers - NZ's largest body corporate management company. Building management is taken cared for by Cadogan Facilities Management. Cadogan is an expert in Building Facilities Management, with highest qualifications and won numerous prizes with what they do. 4.Rose Garden has an amazing community that supports each other like families do. The Facebook page, WeChat group, KakaoTalk group and neighbourhood support page are available just a phone away. “Amazing service! I had to order thru Roses are Red as the other florist I ordered thru could not deliver the roses I wanted, then I was told that they did not have any roses that they could deliver! That’s when Roses are Red came to my rescue. I am based in Australia and ordered around mid morning. I was sent an email with the pics of the flowers by mid day and a beautiful bunch of flowers were delivered by 4:30 pm. I cannot rate this florist highly enough! “This the west end of the foreshore heritage walk, a 5km pleasant trail. I started from the middle of the trail, point 13 to the east, then back to the west. It took me 3-4 hours in total. It’s an amazing way to learn Auckland”
