“It's half-price when I went there after 4pm. I felt much better. As you know, prices in New Zealand are too high. There was sushi for vegetarian and there were various kinds of fried food. The fried food was sweet and delicious because it had chili sauce on it. It was a satisfying meal. I want to try Donburi next time. All the food in Marusushi looks delicious.”

Their Indonesian styled Fried Chicken (ayam goreng bumbu kuning) is so good too. As an Indonesian myself, I truly 100% recommend this for any Indonesians in Auckland who currently misses homemade Indonesian food. “Yaye❤️Finally a place where island food is cooked to the upmost best in Henderson . I bought the pork, fried keke pua'a, panakeke, potato salad, and the yummy Pineapple pie. Everything was cooked to how it should. Pork was tender, NOT CHEWY or DRY. Was very satisfying and highly recommended. Service was awesome too. Welcoming and friendly. “What a delightful little find, rung the mobile number to order pick up since it’s always faster (and cheaper) than Uber eats. We got the vege udon noodles, Katsu chicken yaki soba and sweet and spicy karaage chicken and everything was toasty hot and delicious. The udon noodles took me straight back to Japan! We ordered on a Friday night and the woman on the phone accurately set expectations of a 20 minute wait. All in all a great experience and we will def be returning!”

“Went here for a Christmas party. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful. Food was Christmas dinner and who doesn't love Cooked Ham, Roast Beef with all the trimmings. There was veges and salad. Dessert was just as good. The room was festive and well laid out as th not feel squashed. Highly recommend this venue for functions.”

Prices are reasonable and it has consistently been great tasting food for the numerous times I have ordered.
