Dumplings were ok but not the best, buns were ok and meat needed more flavor, brisket soup was more fat pieces than meat and needed more salt and sweet and sour pork ribs soup was really sweet and sour pork bones. Overall, our meal was very bland.
The food here is delicious. We had a great lunch it was quick and easy and hit the spot.
Every dish is worth to try. My family has eat-in or take away food from this restaurant dozens of times. Salted duck and pork bun are so good and price is reasonable.
Got the spicy beef noodle soup. Tastes like the Aussie beef bowls you get from Costco. Probably cheaper to make it on your own. Not to say I didn't enjoy it though. I will have to hand in my white guy card however, because I struggled eating this dish. For some reason I just suck at eating Asian Cruisine. I'd probably be the first white guy to receive the death penalty for eating noodles so poorly, if I ever go to China.
Wonderful, authentic food, severed by a friendly husband and wife team. The dumplings were fantastic - great texture, flavour and size! We had a noodle soup which was great, dry noodles, a cold beef dish that I really enjoyed and some wonderful sweet and sour pork that wasn't on the menu but our host thought we'd enjoy. Support this restaurant. It's a great addition to dominion road.
Duck soup was yum! Soup dumplings were fine. I'd definitely come back to try more dishes
