Went here for a Christmas party. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful. Food was Christmas dinner and who doesn't love Cooked Ham, Roast Beef with all the trimmings. There was veges and salad. Dessert was just as good. The room was festive and well laid out as th not feel squashed. Highly recommend this venue for functions.
We stayed here at the NZCMA POP site and were happy. There are only 2 parks, but it's on flat gravel and near the toilet. We didn't eat here but the menu looked great. We did have a swim in the tepid salt pool. Dog friendly too. The resident dog Charlie was friendly and enjoyed playing with our dog. My only concern was that the land in front of the site had rats the size of small cats!
Legitimate country-club/pub that I’ve driven past for years without knowing it was there. Great atmosphere, great hosts and great food. Perfect place for a home-style meal that leaves you feeling good. Highly recommend stopping there!

We go every week! Best Hamburgers, salads and Apple pie!!! Absolutely gorgeous and lovely friendly atmosphere.
