“Andrew came to the house the day after my call and did exactly what I had asked him to do - disconnected Sky, found a way to wire freeview channels directly to my mother's TV, reconfigured and simplified the operation and supplied a simple-to-use remote control that is much more manageable for my mother to use. What Andrew doesn't know is that after he had been in the roof space and had returned to the living room to configure the set, the cat climbed his ladder, got into the roof space and settled down to sleep. When he woke several hours later and realised that he was shut in, he began meowing and we had to track him down and release him!
