BMWs are known for having tricky, hard-to-trace faults, but Andrew really knows his stuff. He spent a lot of extra time and effort to get to the bottom of it—something most places wouldn’t bother with. Many other shops just start replacing parts without any guarantee it’ll solve the issue, but here they actually took the time to diagnose properly. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the time and care they put in. Honest, professional, and genuinely passionate about getting it right—I highly recommend them.”
