   We have used Stephen and Seal Plumbing probably three or four times now across several locations, and they have never been anything other than incredibly reliable, fast and extremely reasonable. Our latest was not an urgent repair, but they made it a priority and, in less than an hour had located, isolated and fixed the problem. Not sure we'd ever use anyone else, TBH.

   Seal plumbing is a sophisticated and aggressive scammer. Do not use them. For our example we lost our hot water in our Milford home and assumed it to be the gas hot water system. My wife googled and called Seal to come over and get it going. We have an infinity system installed only 5 years ago. 2 Seal people came and said the entire system needed replacing and immediately gave us a quote for $3,600 for a new one. They didn’t reset the electric ignition on the burner to get it going again so that we would have extra pressure to buy their new one. My wife felt intimidated and was forced to sign a document charging us $300 for their fruitless visit with the guy standing over her. These guys used cameras and videos in an intimidating manner. Feeling uncomfortably with her experience and still having no hot water she called a reputable and registered gas fitter who came around the same day. He within minutes got the burner ( similar to pilot light ) going and charged us $150. He said it could have simply been a gust of wind that caused it to fail. Many weeks later the gas heater is still going fine and we have paid the 2nd plumber. We are taking Seal to the disputes tribunal as an example so others don’t also get stung by them. So beware of Seal. Maybe they should change their name to Shark Plumbing.!

   Job done, would recommend future user to: -Request/push for a quote, so there is liability on their end. -Make sure you query the number of people they will send before engaging, they may choose to send 2 for a one man job. -read the terms and conditions very carefully -on top of van charge they will charge you for the drive to your site at the rate of the number of personnel they send. In response to below: We did not request or dispute gps data. We did not ask for the work to be done in a manner that was unsafe, we understand this why two staff were sent and why we have not disputed and will pay in full. However, Given the apparent emphasis on health and safety, we are surprised both staff turned up and did work in flip flops. Very odd.
