   Brendon has fixed several of our appliances over the last few years now and he’s honestly just the best person to deal with. So polite and professional and knows what he’s doing.    After leaving a message with the call centre, Brendon texted within a couple of hours to let me know he had my message and would call me later as he was busy on jobs. He did - and then promptly turned up when he said he would the next morning. Problem diagnosed, solved with a solution that was economical and quick. Great people to deal with. Thanks!

   I contacted the tradesman named Brendon and sent him an email asking his availability to schedule an appointment to repair my dishwasher. I didn’t hear anything back so I called the business and they assured me Brendon will be in touch. Three hours later I received a text message from Brendon telling me there is free appointment times this week and that he will be in touch the following week. AGAIN I heard nothing from him so I text him to ask him at what stage would he be free to make an appointment for the repair, to which he never responded. I have since reached out to another company and they responded the same day and have since completed the job. In short this experience has gone down in history of being one of the worst customer service experiences!! If you are happy to feel disappointed and frustrated with incompetence then i would highly recommend this business. If I could i would select -1 star rating. Angela

   I had a great experience with Harbour Appliances and thought I'd share so you can contact them with confidence too! Very prompt service compared to other companies I tried to contact and very fairly priced. My washing machine was beyond repair but Robin did a great job of explaining why and which machines I should look at buying. He fixed my dryer no problem! I'll be contacting Harbour Appliances for any repairs I need done in the future.
