Absolutely brilliant service. Turned up the same day I called, sorted the aerial issue quickly, and was genuinely great to deal with. The price was so reasonable — honestly, I was expecting it to cost more. Super grateful for the fast response and great work. Highly recommend and will use again and recommend!!
Amazing service with a quick response time. From the moment we described the TV issue and Andrew checked the reception it was very obvious that he knew what he was doing. A speedy aerial replacement at a very reasonable cost quickly followed along with a non technical explanation on what had gone wrong. Very satisfied.
Can't recommend Andrew more! I rang at 2pm on a Friday afternoon pleading for him to come with parts to make my wall mounted bracket fit my new TV. He came, he fixed the wrongly hung bracket, had all the parts needed and left my home clean and tidy. Andrew is highly experienced with a wealth of knowledge. Definitely call for all TV needs.. Andrew was amazing, he explained everything in detail. He made cords on the spot which I was impressed with. Very knowledgeable and excellent at explaining how to use remote. Saved me hundred of $$$ hooking up to an old sky aerial. Very reasonable cost. Responded well to my phone call and arrived on time. What more could you ask for. Highly recommend.
Andrew came to the house the day after my call and did exactly what I had asked him to do - disconnected Sky, found a way to wire freeview channels directly to my mother's TV, reconfigured and simplified the operation and supplied a simple-to-use remote control that is much more manageable for my mother to use. What Andrew doesn't know is that after he had been in the roof space and had returned to the living room to configure the set, the cat climbed his ladder, got into the roof space and settled down to sleep. When he woke several hours later and realised that he was shut in, he began meowing and we had to track him down and release him! I highly recommend Andrew and will call him in the future, if need be
I can very highly recommend Andrew. Initially called and he returned call promptly. Follow up with a site visit to determine best position for the aerial install. Offered various options and prices.. Returned next day and installed; result excellent reception.
I would highly recommend Andrew Gausden from AAA TV! My parents are in their 80's and he took his time to explain how everything worked with SKY set up old speakers so they could get surround sound. He is brilliant at his work and very genuine!
