“Mike and team are fantastic. Personable, interested, great advice and great gear. I salivate every time i check in as they have everything and more. Stuff I need and then stuff I want (there is a difference!). This is definitely not like a so called "surf" shop in a mall selling surf brand fashion clothing to teenagers, this is a specialised surf, foil, sail, SUP retailer. Highly recommended.”

“We had our end of season Hockey at Laserforce, and had 2 hours unlimited lasertag. It was amazing, the kids and adults all loved it. It's such a big space with an upstairs and downstairs. Everything is explained well and the staff are great. We were able to bring in outside foods and had Pizza Hut delivered from just around the road and brought in other drinks and foods. All and all I recommend this for a kids party or team building activity.”

“Our child has been attending Kindercare Warkworth since they were 6 months old, they're just under 2 now and we can't speak more highly of our and their experience thus far. The Kaiako are friendly and loving, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and they do so many interactive activities throughout the day, no matter the weather. It's also so nice to not have to worry about packing food as meals and snacks are all covered. We've watched our child go from strength to strength with their movement, confidence, speech and everything else. On the very rare occasion that there have been issues, they've been resolved promptly and professionally and we've been involved every step of the way. We feel confident that our child is in a safe and nurturing environment and absolutely recommend Kindercare Warkworth to anyone looking for a fantastic daycare.”

“If you are considering doing Ballet as an adult, this is honestly the place to do it! They have so many different options for classes and I was so happy to find a studio that has the option of structured syllabus-style learning. The teachers are wonderful and make sure they know their students well so they can help progress them in a way that is unique to each individual. The community is very friendly and welcoming too. One of my favourite parts about dancing here is the annual show! We actually get to perform on a stage in a theatre with costumes and everything! It's optional of course, and we spend months preparing. Any one from any level is able to participate in it and it's an incredible journey to be apart of, and it's a time when the whole community is able to get together and support each other as it's no easy task, but one that is very rewarding in my opinion. All in all, I often find myself counting down the days until my next class. Cannot recommend DFLA enough!”

Michele and her team have helped get the kids back up to speed with the basics of Math's after all the missed schooling during COVID. Highly recommend Thinking Caps if your children are struggling. “The first thing I want to say is how lucky I was to make the right decision. My son is three years old, and before that I visited a lot of places and did a lot of research. I knew a little bit about the environment before I came here and courses are great. I didn't expect too much for the teachers to be so friendly and responsible. For me, the feelings and experiences of children are more important than anything else. Because my son has not attended any day care before, his native language is not English, and his grandmother often takes care of him went back home for a period of time, which makes me worried about whether he will adapt to the new environment. All teachers, the front desk staff and the centre manager all understood my concerns and cooperated with each other to help my son to adapt faster and better. After two weeks transiting,my son is happy to stay and not crying after we drop him off. I am really grateful to the teachers there and this is the most responsible place I have encountered. They will understand the parents' thoughts and concerns, and work together, everything is for the sake of the child. Hope my son will have a wonderful journey in kakapo creek.”

“I can't believe it's been a year already since I first started dancing at UCan2. I can honestly say I've enjoyed every minute. My highlight so far was definitely working towards and completing the medal test. The instructors are amazing, supportive, warm and so much fun to dance with.
