   We intend to only send Z to kindy when he was 3 or 4 years old due to him being extremely clingy and just anti people in a whole, but we saw Uplands advertised at baby ballet and thought since it is in a familiar place for him let's go check Uplands out. When we stepped foot into Uplands it was like home away from home, you can feel the energy as you walk in that it is positive and inviting. The set ups and structure on how they do things was exactly how we would want our kids doing if not at home with us. The staff were welcoming, friendly and informative....even today 2 years later, the same vibe is there. We enrolled Z in at 2.5year old at a half day sessions, another great thing...the times are flexible to a degree which helps when you have more than one kid. At first Z was not happy about us leaving him there, which I expectedas he did not like people or leaving me in general. But he was assigned a teacher, Huiping, who was his go to teacher and helped the transition. They would send me updates on Story park to reassure me that he is having fun and settling. It took a few months for him to actually let me go without tears. He has grown and developed friendships, he has stepped out his comfort zone, found his voice to speak to others and just loves Uplands! He got to the point of crying when we picked him.up because he didn't want to leave! We had to extend his days due to him wanting more! In a whole it was the best decision we could have made!!! The growth we have seen in him is thanks to the care and nourishment in learning at Uplands! They really see your kid as an individual and help them reach their goals, they include the kids indecisions, listen to their ideas and make them feel like they part of a family at Uplands, not just a number!! They get down and personal with the kids and I know my child, if he was not happy he would not beg to go to kindy every day!!! Uplands is truly a home away from home :)

   We absolutely love Uplands Kindergarten! The teachers are so kind, caring, and genuinely dedicated to the children. They take the time to really get to know each child, creating a calm, happy, and nurturing environment where the kids can flourish and truly enjoy their time at kindy. The teachers are wonderful at helping the children build friendships and feel included, giving gentle support whenever it’s needed. There are always fun, engaging activities and exciting outings that spark curiosity and provide amazing learning experiences. It’s been such a wonderful kindergarten for our daughter — she’s grown in confidence, made lovely friends, and absolutely loves going each day. We feel so grateful to be part of the Uplands community.

   Uplands has been a wonderful kindergarten for our four children. It has been amazing that the teachers have predominantly stayed the same, despite our eldest now being 13! Dedicated teachers, together with higher ratios, mean the children have high quality learning experiences because of their interaction with teachers and the effort put into planning a wide range of inquiry based learning opportunities. It is a small and warm community, with, in my opinion, less pressure for kids to "conform" to more rigid routines in larger groups as has been my observation of larger centres.

   We love Uplands Kindergarten! The teachers are so kind and caring. They take the time to get to know the kids and create a calm and fun environment and help the children get the best out of being at kindy. The teachers are great at helping the kids form friendships with other children if they need a little support. There's always interesting activities and outings organised to provide new experiences and learning opportunities. It's been a great Kindergarten for our daughter!

   Amazing place for the kids. Our child stayed in Uplands for her 2-5 years old and she has received the best care we would have ever imagined. The amount of care and kindness every experienced Uplands teacher gives to the children often exceed my expectation. Every child will grow and thrive in this lovely kindy.

   Recently we asked parents for a review on Kindello. Here is what they said: I would highly recommend Uplands Kindergarten. Sending your child to daycare/kindergarten is a huge decision, and I am so thankful that my daughter attends this kindergarten. The team of teachers there are amazing, so kind, supportive and nurturing, to all the children and families. The teachers make you feel so welcome, and are very good at helping settle in the children. The activities they provide are great, and they are very good at spontaneously creating an activity if they see a child has an interest in something. What makes this kindy stand out from others, is the that the teachers are great communicators, have so much experience , and work amazing as a team. My daughters personal growth , independence and confidence has come along so much, since she started attending here, and it is a huge relief to know that she is so happy, and in such capable hands with an outstanding team of teachers. Look no further than Uplands for a kind, nurturing, highly experienced early childhood centre for your kids. I absolutely cannot sing their praises high enough. We have been an Uplands family for over 7 years, having sent 3 children there. They pay attention to each individual child, greeting them at the door and knowing what makes each child ‘tick’. The children leave as confident, resilient, caring children. One really great example was one of my daughter who showed an interest in writing a story as a 3 year old. They had her draw the pictures, and dictate the story. Over a few weeks they worked on the project, when she wanted to. The teacher wrote down the words (as she was too young to write). Then they had the books published in hardcover, with all her words and pictures. She is now 9 years old and still so proud of the books she authored as a 3 year old. There were constant stories coming home of taking ideas the kids had, and turning them into games or projects (all with core learning expertly weaved throughout), whether it was flying a plane, setting up a shop or a vet clinic to building obstacle courses. They can provide the nurturing care that a very young starter needs, through to the expert school prep that a 4 year old is capable of, all delivered in a fun welcoming environment. Their 4 year old program, Friday cooking, and trips to Ambury Farm and local productions were highlights for my kids. They are absolute expert early childhood providers and while the centre might be small, their heart is huge. Uplands has been such an amazing kindy for our son! The teachers are so kind and engaging with the kids and have gone the extra mile with our son. Without a doubt the best decision we made was enrolling him at Uplands. He loves going to kindy and is always really excited to go! Highly recommend :) The best kindy in the area! You'll find the most nurturing environment for 2-5 year olds at Uplands. Our child has thrived under the care of her wonderful teachers, who have been there for many years and are absolutely amazing – they're kind, engaging, enthusiastic, and they genuinely care for the wellbeing of all the children there. They also organise several field trips a year (farm and theatre visits), and offer a brilliant school-ready programme for 4 year olds. It's a wonderful learning environment and we would highly recommend them to to anyone considering a quality childcare.

   Both my boys went here , absolutely lovely staff with the most caring and fun teachers, could not recommend highly enough. I am pretty picky with where my kids go too. Virtually no staff turnover with the same teachers teaching both my boys who are 3 years apart in age so that is definitely saying something about the great positive atmosphere.
