“stopped in for dinner on our way home from watching the ALL BLACKS and i must say the owners are absolutely beautiful people, food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was so peaceful and friendly i would highly recommend the food was delicious and will definitely be back. this place is a must especially if you get into photography aswell the owners both have some awsome photography work on display on the walls and in a few published books our whanau throughly enjoyed it ❤️”

“This is the best Japanese restaurant on the north shore and that I have ever been to. The food is exceptionally good. The service is consistently wonderful and they always make sure you feel welcomed and happy. The staff are all amazing and the store is consistently clean and tidy. I love this store and the lovely staff who make my day every time I walk in. TLDR: Great food, Great cleanliness, Amazing service. 10/10, would give more stars if possible.”

“Shop: open, spacious, clean Staff: friendly and patient to explain the different options and self-service system Sushi: There are plenty of options from fresh salmon and tuna to inari pockets and fried chicken nigiri Personally, I don't eat raw fish, so this place is great with their different cooked fish/fried chicken/fried shrimp options. There's also a fried food snack cabinet if you're craving a little something extra minus the carbs. The tamagoyaki sushi was absolutely en pointe, and the tuna inari pocket was a burst of flavours - sweet, salty umami all at once! Price: it depends on what sushi you get. They have a pricelist available. (Photo -$6; huge tasty sushi!) Wheelchair accessible and available on 4 delivery apps! They also have a platter option if you're planning for a party. I highly recommend it and would definitely be back for more!”

“I hadn't my breakfast and wasn't planning for lunch, so I thought why not to have brunch at Goode Brothers, I ordered mushroom burger, onion rings and pineapple juice for me. The taste were amazing, it satisfied my cravings for carbs and suger. I enjoyed it with lovely sunny and windy weather bcz I was seating outside. If you are vegetarian and don't know what to order, try this mashroom burger at Goode Brothers. It was lovely experience to have brunch there. Highly recommend. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Everything was 10/10.”

“We did the pasta making class tonight and it was incredible!! Eloise, Luke and Jess looked after us so well the whole night, they were super personable and knowledgeable. It was heaps of fun and amazing value for money. We got so much food and two cocktails, plus our homemade pasta to take home all covered in our class cost. “Most likely the BEST sushi restaurant! When I went there face-to-face, the staff greeted me with a smile and "Hello!". I knew I was gonna have a HUGE tummy after my dinner. Me and my family go here most likely every night! When I asked for tuna sushi without avocados, (I hate avocados don't ask me why.) After 1 minute, I got my order. Fast service! Before I left, I told them I would give them a 5-star rating, which I did! TYSM!!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could, I’d give 20 stars!) We came here for dinner and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The wine was excellent, but what really stood out was the incredible service. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who looked after us: he was outstanding. He explained the menu with such honesty, knowledge, and enthusiasm, and it was clear he had a deep understanding of both the dishes and the restaurant itself. We were unsure what to order because everything looked so good and we couldnt decide as we wanted to try everything. he guided us perfectly, giving thoughtful recommendations and going above and beyond to make sure we chose what suited us best. Even though the restaurant was full, he was attentive, quick, and genuinely warm smiling the whole time and clearly enjoying what he does. It’s rare to find service like that these days. The food was just as impressive. We had a meat dish (piatto con carne) that was one of the best mains I’ve ever had in Auckland, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The linguine pasta was also delicious. But the star for me was the olive ascolane: even better than the ones I’ve had in Italy. For dessert, the cannoli was outstanding, the perfect sweet ending to an unforgettable meal. Even when it came time to pay, the staff were friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome right up until the very end. We truly enjoyed every moment of our experience here and will definitely be back. Highly, highly recommended!”

I don't know many places where you can feed yourself for $10 for lunch. Cute interior design. Lots of space for groups of all sizes and people dining alone. A bunch of people turned up after us, so looks popular. The menu looks great, will come back another time to try it.”
