I am always so impressed by how they always have ensure you’re well informed about what you’re being prescribed, even printing out information sheets and talking through complex dosages. They also have incredible integrity - they realised I had been charged full price for an item on discount so they contacted me a week later to let me know they were crediting my account. They provide service, attentiveness and care that you just can’t find at the big franchise pharmacies.
