“I love this phamacy, enough to write a review, which I hardly ever do. This is much more of a personal service, than a giant chemist. Robyn is amazing, if I have an issue, I speak to her and she always provides me with amazing service and knowledge on excellent products for my issues. Her understanding on vitamins for certain ailments and which ones she'd recommend, have always helped my family and I. I highly recommend this phamacy.”

“I was really stressful and concerned about my cat who started to show signs of not being able to open her right eye and I was worried death. So I call first thing in the morning to book an appointment for her and all the clinics are fully booked. Even Herne Bay as well of course. But what I love about them is they don't just hang off the phone telling me there's no spot for my cat, instead they provided me with some useful information on what to do and they showed care to my cat's situation ♡ I'm really grateful for the lady who answered my call this morning;) she was super helpful and lovely! Can't recommend this vet enough even ive only been there once.”

“Excellent consult with my elderly cat who wasn't eating and had been vomiting for a few days. Jess, locum vet, listened to me and we discussed various measures we could take. Felt supported. Meds and fluids given. Meds for home use as well. We will go back for a review in several days. End of life options also discussed. Very happy to have been able to talk things thru.”

“Shout out to the amazing vet Saffron ( hopefully I’m spelling her name correct ) Who came out yesterday to my lamb who had been attacked by a dog. Not only was she careful and very thorough but she was kind, funny and caring. She was realistic with us and did the very best she could. If I could recommend anyone it would be her. “I took my cat Harry in with a ureter blockage in the evening and couldn’t be happier with the care we received. We were met immediately on arrival, and Jack the vet did a fantastic job of quickly assessing Harry, and carefully explaining in detail what our options were. I appreciated how he listened to our concerns. A few hours later we picked him up and he had clearly been looked after well. He was unblocked and fully recovered in 24 hours. Amazing!”

“Some awesome, and very easy to use pet cleaning stations! My Golden Retriever is extremely anxious in most public situations but after a few minutes in the warm water alongside a shampoo and conditioner rinse, she had calmed down. My only criticism is that the doggy hair dryers aren't world class, but still do the job!”

“The cleanest of the leisure centres I visited. Warm water for kids, renewed spa and sauna rooms. Plenty of changing rooms for family. The only con is there isn't any family bathroom, just one for wheelchair.”

“Nice place and easy to get to from the motorway if your heading south but a bit tricky to get to if your heading north. We decided to try this pet motel as our usual pet motel was full and it ended up being cheaper. The owners are lovely people and they know what they are doing. However one downside is if your dropping of a dog and a cat you have to go to different entrances. However they also don't have eftpos but they will take cash or give you a bank transfer slip. Will happily use them again.”

“Well set up swimming lesson facilities. Has toilets, showers, changing rooms, lots of parking. Basic snack food, drinks and swimming gear available to buy.”
