   I have been trying to cancel my subscription with them for 3 weeks now, first they said they needed a 2 week notice and I needed to put that in writing however, I couldn't find their cancellation policy available anywhere. I emailed them as per their request and nobody has got back to me, they have not charged me 3 weeks already after my request and no one picks ups the phone either. They service used to be good and it's terrible now.
