   Never come to this pharmacy if you’re in urgent need of life-saving supplies. I went to this pharmacy around 12 p.m. to ask if I could buy pen injection needles for my dad, who was visiting for a short stay and has had diabetes for over 30 years. He only had a prescription from overseas and had run out of all his pen needles. Last year, I bought pen needles from this pharmacy, which is why I returned this year to purchase another box. I clearly stated the needles were for my dad, not for me. However, the staff didn’t believe me and claimed that the government has strict laws about selling needles—which is completely untrue. They refused to sell me any, even though my dad was waiting in the car and urgently needed his medication. They told me to take him to a doctor to get a prescription before they could sell the needles. Anyone who understands diabetes knows how dangerous it is for patients to miss their injections. I had to call other pharmacies, and they all confirmed that pen needles can be purchased without a prescription. When I called this pharmacy back to inform them of their serious mistake, they blocked my number without even offering an apology.

   Just had my double jab vaccination (COVID + Flu). I’ve had lots of vaccinations in the past, and they’ve sometimes hurt, but Anthony delivered them perfectly! Will definitely be going here again, and you don’t have to book :)

   I wanted to let you know how impressed by the service at your pharmacy! Myself and two other members of my family had our booster shots at your pharmacy. All three of us were so impressed by how friendly and efficient your team is. In particular, Luca, who did our initial checks (checking our names and other details), was so wonderfully friendly and an absolute pleasure to engage with. She is a real asset to your team! It is a pity we don’t live closer to your pharmacy or it would become our regular!

   Went today for the fisrt time for my second vaccination jab, the staff were so freindly, courteous, well trained and efficient. Anthony was very kind and their whole customer service was fantastic! They are positive, smiling and very well trained to look after their customers. Highly recommend this local pharmacy.
