My deepest gratitude to Dr Wayne Jones. Dr Jones is excellent! He is very knowledgeable, polite, kind. He walked me through everything about my condition and surgery . Dr Wayne operated me and the surgery was a success. Also I am very thankful for the lovely nurses. Tanya in special! She is super kind and just a lovely lady. She called me, emailed me to make sure everything was okay with me after my surgery.
Extremely knowledgeable team, all your questions will be answered and everything will be explained to you, so you are able to make an informed decision. I was very lucky to have them looking after me.
I gave one star because the receptionist is very lazy as i asked her can she checked for my whether my Southern cross insurance will cover and she too lazy to do the job ask me to ring my insurance instead,i rang Southern cross they told me the receptionist should be able to check that for me, totally disappointed so i changed my appt to another clinic
