“I can truly say that Dr Spencer is one of the best dentists I have ever seen. As someone with crippling dental phobia I put off going to the dentist for as long as I possibly could and last week I could not put it off any longer. I went to another dentist and they were nice enough but recommended I go somewhere that offers sedation due to my anxiety. Luckily for us we found Hibiscus Care Dental. To my trepidation they called me on Sunday to book a pre-op/treatment consultation for Monday and the procedure for Tuesday. On Monday they gave me a courtesy call to let me know they would be running 10min late (how good!!!) I arrived and was seen almost immediately, Dr Spencer put me so at ease so quickly that I didn't require sedation and even suggested we do the procedure right then despite it being after hours. It was painless and throughout the procedure he was fantastic, checking in on me and giving me updates. In the following days I had concerns and each time I reached out to Dr Spencer he recommended I come in for my own peace of mind. Both times he did a quick check in and let me know all was as it should be. His patience, care and skill has made the whole experience so positive and I won't say my anxiety is completely gone but I have a lot less fear as a direct result of his care. I cannot thank you enough Dr Spencer!”

“I visited here to have my filling pop out and fixed. My doctor was Dr Jae, he explained clearly for an easy understanding process of putting in the new filling. He shows how much it costs for the fix which I did not worry about during treatment Moreover, he has a really polite and good attitude for a dental assistant too. My filling was replaced a great! “It was our constant struggle to bring our daughter to the dentist ever since she was little. We brought her to different dentists but no one could manage her fear and anxiety as she would always bawl and flail her hands. One even recommended to have her sedated which I was quite hesitant to do. Fortunately, Dr. Dee is exceptionally great in handling children. She is very patient in explaining the procedure and giving our daughter an assurance that she has control of the situation, taking her worries away. Our daughter was able to have six fillings done (multiple visits) - not even a single drama. The secretary is also approachable and very warm. Overall great service. Couldn’t recommend them enough.”
