I went in for a tooth extraction two days ago, lovely staffs! Dr Sam was very kind, professional, and explained everything clearly, which helped me feel at ease. The procedure was quick and went smoothly, and I was given helpful aftercare instructions. I really appreciate how comfortable and well looked after I felt. No pain during the procedure too :)
Best service you can receive! They were honest, friendly, and can definitely trust. I’ve had trust issues with any sort of dental work from previous bad experiences when I was younger! But I can reassure you, the procedure with my extractions were definitely as to what they said it would have been. I highly recommend them for anyone out there who are nervous or scared
I had 5 extractions that were painless & completed so quickly. I didnt feel a thing. Dr Sam So was amazing at de-stressing pre treatment nerves which helped reduce my anxiety. Highly recommend him for dental treatment. Dr Sam So explained dental treatment plan in user friendly terms. The examination and treatment I have had to date has been pain free and without stress. Pleased with my choice of dentist.

During the check-up, I mentioned I had severe pain in my wisdom tooth. After an X-ray, the dentist explained that the pain was likely caused by the tooth and recommended an extraction. I agreed to the procedure, trusting their advice. However, when I went to the reception afterward, I was shocked to learn that the total fee was $850. I couldn’t speak properly after the extraction, so I wrote a note on my phone asking why it was so expensive. The receptionist replied that it was a “complicated extraction.” I found this explanation hard to understand because: The extraction was done without surgery. The tooth came out easily and was in perfect shape. The dentist never mentioned it being complicated or risky beforehand. The receptionist added that the tooth was “close to a nerve,” but I feel that’s true for most people — every human has nerves in similar places, and my situation didn’t seem any different. While I appreciate the dentist’s technical work, the pricing felt completely unjustified. What was supposed to be a free check-up turned into an unexpected $850 bill for a straightforward extraction. Overall, I left feeling scammed and very disappointed. I strongly advise others to ask for a full quote before agreeing to any treatment at this clinic.
I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Stella, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. She was extremely professional from start to finish, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly so I always knew what to expect. What stood out the most was how she made me feel comfortable and at ease during what I thought would be a very stressful procedure. Her calm manner and clear communication really helped ease my nerves. Overall, she went above and beyond my expectations, and I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received. Highly recommended!
