I had a fantastic visit to Urban Dental this week after years away from the dentist — and I couldn’t have asked for a better re-entry. From the moment I walked in, the whole team was incredibly friendly and attentive and created a relaxed and welcoming vibe. I really appreciated how clearly they explained what needed doing and what could wait, with no pressure and full transparency. Since it had been a while since my last dentist visit, I needed a bit of extra cleaning, which they handled thoroughly and professionally. My teeth are sparkling! The care, communication, and gentle approach made the whole experience smooth and even enjoyable (yes, at the dentist!). The dentist took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the visit. The team was extremely friendly, professional and helpful, managing to get me an appointment on short notice when I was in pain. Their follow-up care was excellent, ensuring I felt supported even after the visit. Plus, their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of care provided.
If you are booking with this dentist, I strongly suggest you avoid Carol Freitas. She is dishonest and will pressure you into unnecessary expensive treatment. Our young daughter was put on a myobrace treatment plan by Carol that was wholly unnecessary. Carol literally suggested it could save her needing a tonsillectomy, which of course was a lie. The doctor was mortified we had been told this by her when she did the surgery. Ultimately she then left the Lumino clinic very suddenly to come here and it turned out no one else in the Lumino network could continue the treatment because it was a scam. Save yourself the trouble and request any other dentist.
Definitely the best experience ever, Dr. Liza is very professional and friendly made it without any pain. Great facilities, modern equipment I’m surprised about everything. Thank you
