I had a great experience at this clinic. The equipment and rooms are new and well-maintained and Both Stela and Jonathan made me feel confident. I also appreciated being able to book appointments on Saturdays.
I went in for Botox with Sarah Gluestein and had an amazing experience. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and made the entire process completely painless. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.
I needed a crown and had been putting it off for a couple of years. Very impressed with the level of care and attention that I received from Dr Vikki Nelson, very attentive and calming throughout the process considering I was an anxious/fearful patient, even checking in on me the following day. Very impressed with this dentist and will be recommending.
The worst experience of my life. Took 20 years and tens of thousands of dollars to be fixed by real dentists who care. A real dentist who looked at my xrays said this ... "These should be shown at training as how NOT to do a root canal" . I cannot forgive you people. The pain the suffering the expense. And you didn't care. Not a bit.
Claire was an absolute professional. Communicated clearly with me, provided useful tips and the teeth clean was thorough and as comfortable as it gets. Best teeth clean I had in NZ!
Lovely and professional team here at Keith Nelson! Cleaned my teeth and had an orthodontic treatment here. Kathy was very meticulous in cleaning and informative with regards to dental hygiene practice in general. Had my braces done with Vikki/Jono/Bri, who were efficient in their work and completed the procedure with minimal discomfort. Would recommend!
My children (now adults) had their orthodontic work here when they were little and I am so glad we went here and continue to come here! When the kids were younger, they were never afraid to come in thanks to the friendly environment. My daughter even works there now and I’m so pleased she works at such a great and successful practice.
I am so please that I have been going to Keith Nelson for over a decade now because this is an amazing practice with a great environment. Such a great team to be a part of and couldn’t recommend enough !
