Dr G , is always friendly . I appreciate that he explains what he is doing as he is going and takes the time to check in with me to make sure I am doing OK.
Rating one star purely for the encounter I’ve had with reception. Failed to tell me my hygienist wasn’t working that day so I went all the way down there for my appointment to be cancelled, so really poor communication. Staff were not apologetic and inconvenienced my whole morning.
The clinic seems great for treatment, but I feel the admin /Reception staff could benefit from some training in dealing with diversity, as the tone I experienced came across as condescending — to the point that I left immediately. From a business perspective, if staff treat people from different cultural backgrounds differently, it reflects poorly on the clinic and risks losing clients. I’m confident this feedback will be taken professionally, as my sole purpose is to encourage improvement. I could have mentioned the staff member by name, but I felt that would be unnecessary — my intention is constructive feedback, not to single anyone out. This happened today, so I trust management will be able to identify the situation and take steps toward improvement.

I had a traumatic experience as a 7 year old going to an oral surgeon to get my broken front tooth fixed. This past trauma makes going to the dentist a personal challenge (and a challenge to the dentist!) Dr G and all the staff were supportive of my needs. The professional and caring nature of Dr G meant that my dental and emotional needs were meet! A+ Thanks team!
