   A Truly Exceptional Dental Experience I can’t say enough about the experience we’ve had at Ponsonby Teeth—especially with Dr. Michelle Johnston, who has been our family dentist for several years now. The clinic itself is absolutely wonderful: beautifully designed, comfortable, contemporary, and never the dreaded plastic chairs or harsh fluorescent lighting you find elsewhere. And yes, the location overlooking Ponsonby Road (right in the heart of Ponsonby) with on-site parking makes every visit a breeze. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming—Ashley, the owner, and the whole team make a real effort to make you feel at ease. The style is relaxed, patient-first, and extremely professional. Dr. Michelle Johnston brings a perfect blend of calm, expertise, and genuine care. She’s friendly, funny, and puts you immediately at ease. Over the years, she’s expertly guided our teenage son through his Invisalign treatment, explaining each step clearly and making the process smooth and stress-free. When I needed a complex extraction and was considering a post and artificial tooth (I’m still not sure what the correct term is!), Michelle and the team handled everything superbly. Thanks to them, our family’s dental health has never been better. In short: Ponsonby Teeth delivers top-tier, patient-centered care in a beautifully curated space. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines clinical excellence, thoughtful service, and a genuine human touch—Michelle Johnston and the team at Ponsonby Teeth are a rare find.    What a fantastic experience at Ponsonby Teeth for the hassle free crown procedure! Two hours end to end with time for a coffee and scone in Ponsonby included while Ashleigh’s high tech system made my crown on-site and fitted it 45 minutes later. 100% five star experience and free parking around the back!

   Going to the dentist is not my thing - it has typically involved pain and expense so I avoid it. What an amazing experience visiting the gorgeous new rooms of Ponsonby Teeth. Ashleigh has created an inviting space with top of the line equipment - all resulting, for me, in a clean bill of health, as well as a shining set of teeth. Ponsonby Teeth will take off in its great location with plenty of parking - can I suggest getting on her books quickly - she's a superstar!
