   Literally the best dentist I’ve been to! Shirley is so gentle and talks through what she is doing so you’re also in the loop which I find so important. They’re (Shirley and Miriam) both super kind and show such care, you don’t feel like a number at all! You don’t feel like they’re rushing and have no time for you as patient and person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

   A fraught series of dental visits with Dr Shirley Won, at Kepa Rd Eastridge. Overcharged 4 crowns, in the first instance by $2600, and perhaps I only needed 2. Shirley seeing how upset I was, suggested a plan to redeem some costs, which was no payment required for all dental work during the 2 years warranty period, and she would cover my transport. This has been altered twice by her, so she does not keep her word or agreement. Uses receptionists to act as her go-between, won't talk directly, pushed passed me in the hallway today! That is no way to treat a senior citizen. Dr Paul, who used to be my dentist, now semi-retired and works at this clinic, rescued me from pain and adjusted 2 crowns and two emergency fillings this year which were on each side of the crowns, he also assured me I had overpaid and wouldn't have to pay any more, that was retracted. So, her work caused the fillings to fail, you cannot tell me there is no correlation between the two events. I regret to say I cannot recommend Shirley Won. A stressful 18 months of being ignored by Shirley and her adjusting, reneging, on our arrangement. She pushed her receptionist to lodge a common assault complaint with the police! I had no knowledge of this false claim until the Dental Assn followed up with both herself and me regarding her, in my opinion, lack of proper business dealings! He copied the form to me. I am astounded that stating, '"Shirley, we need to talk when it's convenient for you, please'" would result in calling the police. I mean really REALLY! No action from the Sargent concerned. Letters were written from people and I question their authenticity! I most certainly do NOT recommend this business. She has voided the miserable 2 year warranty and clearly I cannot step inside this clinic again!

   My family and I have been seeing Dr. Paul for many years and since his retirement have been seeing his colleague Shirley Wan. As sad as we are to say goodbye to Dr. Paul, we have found Dr. Wan to provide a high standard of care and a personal nature to her treatment approach. I would also like to acknowledge the brilliant ladies at front desk who go the extra mile and make bookings a breeze.

   Fantastic team, I came in for a checkup and clean today as my old dentist retired. Dr. Shirley is probably the most gentle dentist I have been to! Her assistant (tall blonde girl) was very lovely, I really appreciated the oral hygiene hacks and comprehensive discussions about addressing future concerns. Your patience and compassion is truly appreciated.
