“Newly refurbished and it looks like a classical cinema. They also have a burger and shake bar on top of the escalators. What was nice was that they deliver some items (milkshake in my case) to you in the theater. Nice and clean and really comfy seats.”

“Daldy Street Park is a great pocket park to meet friends for lunch, have fun with your dog, sit quietly in the sun. The birds have found the trees in this park, Love this oasis.”

“Cannot recommend this experience more! There’s something special about getting a bunch of adults together to relive your childhood memories. It’s a silly and fun way to kill an hour and while it took 1 round to get the hang of things the whole gang enjoyed the games even while failing epically. If you book online you can pretty much ensure it’ll just be your crew - tag maxes out at 20 people. Ps they have a semi decent selection of adult beverages too.”

“We hired out Wynyard Pavilion for a corporate end of year event and everything was amazing. The food, service and atmosphere were all great. “My son has attended since 1 years old in the babies room and is in his final year in Montessori. Busy Bees has been an amazing centre and have some amazing staff who we will definitely miss once we leave. Highly recommend.”

“Really nice pool for lane swimming. Water is clean and the facilities in general seem to be well maintained. Front of house staff have all been friendly and helpful too. And I like that cat that sometimes sits on the front desk :)”

“My Grandaughter Hayley from MELBOURNE was due for her 30th birthday, what’s a fantastic family plan she thought? Here’s the action! I will go to NZ and take granddad, aunty and her granddaughters to a fabulous attraction BUTTERFLY CREEK near Auckland airport! WOW! an absolutely amazing choice, friendly staff, well maintained, safety precautions adhered to by all! We hit cafe first as you do! The coffee was first class as was the food displayed or made. Train ride got you oriented to the park surroundings. That is wonderful! We had paid extra for a Meerkat encounter, stars where Kia and Otse friendly and playful no hesitation to climb on you for the mealy worms you fed them! Our animal keepers Madie and Woo who where in enclosure with us where knowledgeable informative and very nice people. The butterfly, kiwi, aquarium, baby animals dinosaurs are absolutely amazing! They have birthday party rooms as well! My advice for a fabulous educational and happy outing for discerning families is to take a trip and visit BUTTERFLY CREEK in Auckland NZ Arthur C Charlton west Auckland NZ.”

“We had my daughters birthday party here and hired the room which worked out to be more affordable and we were able to invite more guests. We were allowed to do our own catering which made it even better and the tour guide was amazing. Even though we were late staff were great and polite and friendly. We felt right at home. the kids loved it! The parents loved it too! So worth it.”

“Fantastic venue with amazing views out over the race track. The buffet was amazing, all of the food was beautifully cooked and the meat was incredibly tender. The staff were professional and polite and did a good job of clearing the tables between trips. The only issue was that the space between tables and space between places on the table were both quite tight, so plan to sit at the end of the table if you intend to make frequent trips to the buffet or TAB counter”

“Probably the biggest playground in Manukau with lots of activity areas for all families to enjoy. Amenities includes water and sand play area, skating grounds, barbecue pit, tower slide and more.”

There’s a great variety of play equipment, soft flooring to prevent injuries, and plenty of shaded spots for parents to sit and watch. A wonderful community space that encourages outdoor fun, learning, and active play. Definitely a favourite spot for families!”
