   Im a mother of 2 toddlers and also doing my practicum at this centre. Being apart of the centre has been so welcoming , comforting and friendly. Marion our centre Manager always has a friendly smile making you feel welcomed when entering the centre. Wai who is our little ones chef here always provides our toddlers, infants and preschool classes with yummy , delicious meals daily and making sure they get their 5+ a day. Staff members are awesome i definitely can tell in each of my little ones who they have build a relationship with. We been coming since my boy was 1 he is now 3 and the staff here has taught my boy so much. Ive checked out other centres and nothing was compared to this centre and my littles show it daily. Thankyous for being awesome to us we love yous

   Awesome centre with super friendly and amazing teachers. Centre Manager Shetal always has a huge smile on her face and always welcoming. She has been awesome to deal with especially with changing timetables every week(due to shift work), always quick to clarify any questions we’ve had. My children enjoy going and always have an amazing time! Overall a great place and would definitely recommend it!

   Well we have just finished here. The teaching staff and chef are like family. But unfortunately a new Manager took over a few months ago and has single handedly undone what was an amazing home feeling centre. The teachers continue to be amazing even with the very odd, unusuful and sad changes that have been made. We have been there since 2021 and it was such a heart warming place that you knew you as a parent had support with Cherie the last manager. You knew she understood children and families. Unfortunately i no longer give recommendations for this centre, not until i hear that the manager has moved on. But the teachers are absolutely excellent and Wai the chef is excellent and so caring.

   3 months ago, my review was a 5 star for this centre. We have recently left the centre as a number of changes were made under new management. If I were to rate the teaching staff and chef, I would give 5 stars. Since the centre have been under new management I have witnessed an unhappy teaching environment. This ultimately impacts our children. I have seen staff members in tears. When I first signed my child up on 2021, the centre was a place for families to feel at home. Teachers were happy and cared for, and our children were striving. Evolve education are avoiding giving money back for over paid fees not just to myself but another family. They have no problem charging you a 15 minute early drop off fee but when it comes to giving money back it's like getting blood out of a stone. Once again, this review is about how the centre is currently being managed, this is NOT regarding the teachers. Evolve education need to oversee the management of this centre if they have any care for the children and staff. Otherwise it's all about $$.

   This centre has been taken over by a manager, who is single handily running the centre into the ground. She has zero communication skills and the way she communicates face to face is atrocious. We have also witnessed the way she speaks to her staff, leaving them in tears. The teachers are absolutely fabulous but unfortunately this is over shadowed by a manager who definitely has no ‘people’ skills and shouldn’t be working with children. If you are thinking about sending your child here, I highly suggest you reconsider.

   My daughter has been attending Active Explorers Swanson for about a year now, she started when she was about 5months old and loves it. The teachers are friendly and always happy to share little snippets from her day on pickup. We have enjoyed attending the whanau events and are looking forward to the Christmas event. This year has been really difficult with the Covid lockdowns however the Center Manager and team have keep us informed right through with up to date information giving us one less thing to worry about. I would highly recommend this center!

   When we our grandson this this daycare our first impression not very welcoming from some of the staff. We never received any update what’s going on or what’s he’s been doing throughout the day. We’ve been asking to be added on Storypark only to received it 4 months later including his portfolio. Some staff like gossiping instead of tried to help. Wont recommend this daycare to our friends and family.

   My one and only princess Julliana started with them this year.At first I didn’t know what to expect as I’ve been thinking they were simply just babysitters.However, she has been improving in so many ways and it changed my perception of them.I have learned that they are highly qualified professionals. So far, Julliana shows huge improvements in not only her social development but also her cognitive skills thanks to their daily activities and programs at school. Highly recommended and Julliana’s unborn younger siblings will definitely be attending this center.. I am more focused at work now knowing my baby is surrounded by lovely professionals in an amazing safe surrounding throughout the day.

   My son was scared and very upset to stay in. Every time I stayed over for a couple of minutes I could see children pulling my son’s hair until he fell down on the floor or kicking or punching him and me. Almost every day my son had a new bruise that staff was not aware of what happened. I felt so relieved when we found another daycare. It today my son about one week and he was happy and settled in new safe environment. I unfortunately will remember this very sad experience for the rest of my life and hopefully my son already forgot or replaced this sad experience with happy ones.
