“I just wanted to come on here and give my feedback on Kidz Connect otahu as my son attends this day care. I want to start off by saying that I was so hesitant to send my son school so I stayed home with him for 2 years knowing that he was a shy reserved boy and thought he would be more comfortable at home with me (mum). It took me a lot of courage to finally enroll him and was abit scared how he would be since this was his first ever time being away from me hahaha. I do not regret one bit enrolling him into kidz connect, it took him a while to warm up to everyone but thank you to moa toddlers teachers for helping him prep for Huia pre school. For making him come out of his shell and finding his own voice, everyone there have made myself and my boy feel so welcomed and comfortable to the point he is happy to come to school everyday and that is a big change from my boy. Even from the amazing receptionist Val who always greets everyone who walks through the doors and making my boy feel comfortable before walking into class is what every parent want/needs. The best decision I’ve made for my son. Thank you kidz connect”

“Forever grateful to the Gillies team especially - Sara, Nape, Celine, Nithy, Leigh and Thelma. For consistency, accommodating, and compassion. My daughter has flourished and grown over the 4 years she has been a student at BestStart. It has been her home away from home and she has spent more time with this team then some of her own relatives. She has never complained or raised any concerns.”

“Being foreign to the country, I was skeptical about starting my little one in just any baby class. But at Rockabye we've felt welcome from day 1. All the staff go out of their way with planning days, fresh daily set-ups, informing you of your kid's progress and keeping track of his growth and milestones. This was my first choice as I'm working just down the road from there but if I'd worked further, this would still be my first option! They really ROCK!”

“Really happy with this place! Loads of parking and it's not right by the main road, so dropping off and picking up isn't a hassle with fewer cars around. They don't cram in too many kids, so each child gets plenty of attention from the teachers. The staff are great with the little ones. Plus, there's a huge space for the kids to play and learn, with both indoor and outdoor gardens. My child come a long way here – from shy to super confident by the time she hit primary school. Couldn't be happier! It's not too expensive compared to others with meals included. A BIG THANK YOU PLC!!!”

“Our family is very grateful to Summerfield for its education and guidance to my son. He has made great progress in all aspects at Summerfield and has made many good friends. Summerfield is an excellent school. The teachers are very responsible, patient and caring. Summerfield is the best Early Learning Centre in New Zealand. My son is very lucky to be able to join Summerfield. We are immensely grateful for Summerfield's support and quality education for my son. He has shown significant growth and changes over the past few months. We will have the second baby soon and we would like him to join Summerfield too. They are lucky to join Summerfield. All teachers are kind, patient , caring and responsible. They like our families.”

“We are so grateful to have Junior Junction at a walking distance from home! Our daughter has been there for just over a year now and she loves it. She has learned so much, made some lovely friends and is fond of her teachers too. I must say she does enjoy the food they cook at the centre. We love looking at photos of all that she gets up to, while she's there and also all the artwork she brings home. The teachers always make us feel welcome and safe.”

“Amazing, Friendly and fun teachers. All three of my children attend/attended Kindercare Rewa and have all been under great care. Our eldest has just moved onto Primary School, however she still talks about her Preschool teachers. Which demonstrates the closeness and genuine relationships she had built with her teachers at Kindercare. I couldn’t recommend them more, they are supportive and caring of our kids and very welcoming of us parents. Thank you Kindercare for always creating a fun and safe environment for our kids to thrive in everyday.”

“Hands down. The best daycare you could send your children to. I am so glad I pulled my daughter out of her previous one and brought her here. The drive is definitely worth it. ALL the teachers are amazing, friendly and welcoming. Hurricane has made our journey here so easy!! Everyone here feels like family & I am sad my girl has now left. Thank you for loving her like your own and making it her second home. She has learnt so much and has been well prepared for school. I appreciate you all!”

“The Learning Corner is a warm welcoming daycare and we are 100% happy with their wonderful care. Each day we are greeted like family by both the lovely teachers and gorgeous kids. The sugar-free policy puts us at ease knowing our son is going to get good healthy (and yummy) meals each day, and he comes home buzzing about the things he has learnt during the day through their discussions and playing. Our boy has thrived there, and we have recommended The Learning Corner to many of our friends. Thanks guys – you’re awesome!”

“My son loves it! He is learning so much and always has a great day. The kaiako take great care of my boy, and I love the high quality learning stories, the provocations, the beautiful large outdoor environment, the quality resources and healthy home cooked food. My son is absolutely thriving in such a sensitive period of his development and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. He tells me about the bikes he rides, the sandpit, he sings songs and enjoys the extras that nobody else offers such as Tiny Yoga and Tiny Pet Day. I also love the special events they put on for Mothers Day/ Fathers Day, Xmas, Matariki and more. I feel like they go above and beyond! Highly recommend Tiny Voices; nowhere else compares! We are very happy :-)”

“We had such an amazing time on the fire truck! The team were able to secure us a booking with short notice, and were flexible with what we wanted. They communicated with us well and everything went off without a hitch! The experience on the bus was fantastic, drinks are well priced and yum. The sound system is fab and we were blasting our tunes the entire time. Such an awesome way to make an event special, or add some extra flair getting from A to B. We were so well looked after and our entire group were blown away with the quality of service and how easy everything was. Would highly reccomend! The price is totally worth it for all the fun you get!”

“I completed my field placement in the babies room at Happy Turtle Childcare, and it was a truly rewarding experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and supportive, and I learned so much from their nurturing and professional approach. I had the chance to support daily routines, engage in play-based learning, and build meaningful connections with the infants. The environment was calm, safe, and thoughtfully set up for early development. “As a new mother I was told not to trust the big franchises as they do not have a quality of care. After having my child attend 2 different big branded daycares I almost believed them. That’s until I started my son here. Millennium Ellerslie has shown the upmost support and care for my child. He has severe eczema and allergies to wheat and egg and they’ve accommodated his needs and wellbeing without excluding him or singling him out. They’re honest go above and beyond. They’re honest, respectful and caring and my husband and I rave about how pleased we are with this centre. The teachers and staff are amazing and my son always feels welcome and happy when we arrive and leave. Thank you all for your patience and professionalism.”

“What a treasure this Centre is! Like falling down a rabbit hole and ending up in Wonderland/Wonka's Chocolate factory... the staff are warm and friendly, the care is second to none and our child has improved in all development areas in the 5 months he has been here. To support all children in their individual learning journey, where they're at, and become a part of every whanau - AE Pap I truly am grateful we found you and that we have you in our corner in G's last year before Primary School. From Katie, Debbie to the volunteer student teachers, relievers, teachers, the Centre cook - I am so grateful to each person and the role they play. “This is a decent sized reserve area in Northcote, accessible via Queen Street. The children playground has been recently upgraded and has a lot of swings and areas to keep them busy for a couple hours. On street parking is available here. Decent and well maintained toilets is available here. There is always less crowd here, since the location is not that popular except for locals. Half sized basket ball court is also available here. Well recommended overall.”

“I would like to thank the wonderful team at The Learning Corner for teaching, guiding, mentoring and taking care of our daughter from February to April 2025, when she transitioned to Primary School age. My daughter was enthusiastic about going to the Learning Corner and had lots to speak about when she would come home every day - about her friends and particularly all her teachers. She loved all the activites, fun programmes and games at this insitituion. Most importantly she felt loved and felt safe at the Learning Corner. She enjoyed, grew and matured under their able guidance and their efforts together with the wonderful team of teachers and staff. We were blessed to have your support and encouragement, as a new family settling into New Zealand academic system and life. We are immensely grateful for every blessing that we have received from The Learning Corner.”

“We rate this daycare so highly, our daughter is nearly 3 and has been going since she was 10 months old. The teachers and staff are so welcome and nurturing, our daughter absolutely adores them all and loves going. It’s amazing to see how well children can succeed in such a loving environment. Other than the care and amazing learning provided it also exceeded our expectations with food provided. Every day a healthy cooked meal is provided meeting all of our child’s nutritional needs and this takes such a big weight off needing to make packed lunches. Wouldn’t send our child anywhere else :)”

“This is an exceptional daycare. It's our son's first, but we've visited lots of different daycare centres and none come close to this one. The staff in the kiwi room are brilliant and I couldn't ask for any better. The centre design is amazing. Everything is so well organised. Despite us moving far away, we were still tempted to continue taking our son to this daycare, it's that good.”
